Megan Guertner is a graphic designer whose old site, like so many in the past decade, was done in Flash.  For proper display on mobile devices, ease of updating, and search engine optimization, we moved to WordPress.  Megan was keen on keeping the site both elegant and dynamic.  Her design sense is reflected in the logo, font and color choices – it’s always a pleasure working with a design pro!Screen Shot 2012-12-21 at 9.24.55 AM

The ‘Work’ section of the home page offers an interactive filter function, allowing visitors to highlight Megan’s work by medium.  This allowed us to cut down on the number of clicks it takes to navigate through the site – all of the featured work is available on the home page.  It also uses really slick opacity transitions, using jQuery instead of Flash so it works on a much wider range of devices.Screen Shot 2012-12-21 at 9.25.24 AM
